WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot consultant to support Games Valley with the customization, optimization, and daily management of our HubSpot environment.
This is a fractional, part-time external consultancy role, expected to average around one day per week. At the beginning, the engagement will likely be more intensive, as we have several customization, workflow, reporting, CRM structure, and account management process tasks that need to be completed.
The ideal person should have strong practical experience with:
- HubSpot CRM customization
- Pipeline and deal stage setup
- Workflow automation
- User permissions and access management
- Dashboard and reporting setup
- Contact, company, and deal structure optimization
- Building full account management processes inside HubSpot
- Client onboarding flows
- Task management and follow-up structures
- Ongoing CRM maintenance and data hygiene
- Supporting sales and account management teams with HubSpot best practices
We are looking for someone who can not only configure HubSpot, but also understand how a commercial and account management team works. The right person will help us build a clean, scalable CRM structure that supports sales, client onboarding, account management, reporting, and commission tracking.
This role would suit an independent HubSpot consultant, freelancer, or small agency that can work closely with our internal team and move quickly during the initial setup phase.
Experience in B2B sales environments, SaaS, technology, or iGaming would be considered an advantage.
