WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for an Operational / Project Manager to support Games Valley’s expansion across Latin America, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week, working closely with our commercial, integration, product and account management teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating multiple stakeholders, onboarding new providers and operators, managing operational projects, and helping us continuously improve the way we work.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The role will include:
- Coordinating operational projects across multiple internal teams
- Supporting the onboarding of new game providers and operator partners
- Managing project timelines and ensuring key milestones are delivered
- Acting as a central point of communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying potential risks or delays
- Helping improve internal processes and operational efficiency
- Supporting the South American commercial team with operational coordination
- Working closely with European teams to ensure operational consistency across regions
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Native or professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (both would be a significant advantage)
- Experience in project management, operations management, or client delivery
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Critical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset
- The ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
Previous experience within the iGaming industry would be a strong advantage, but is not essential.
This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-growing businesses, coordinating multiple moving parts, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully while maintaining exceptional service standards.
