Chief Revenue Officer

Games Valley is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer. We’re looking for an experienced iGaming commercial leader to drive global revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and scale our Sales, Account Management, and Marketing functions across regulated and emerging markets.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale the company’s global revenue operations.

The CRO will take full ownership of Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, aligning all commercial functions into a single high-performance revenue engine.

This role requires a strategic leader with strong industry relationships, deep B2B iGaming experience, and the ability to build scalable commercial structures while personally driving high-value partnerships and enterprise deals.

The ideal candidate understands both the operational and commercial side of the iGaming ecosystem and can position Games Valley as a long-term strategic partner for operators and platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Ownership

  • Own and deliver company revenue growth targets
  • Define and execute global commercial strategy
  • Build predictable and scalable revenue processes
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth channels
  • Work closely with executive leadership on company expansion strategy

Sales Leadership

  • Build, manage, and scale the B2B sales organization
  • Drive new client acquisition across operators, platforms, and strategic partners
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders
  • Lead enterprise-level negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and conversion performance
  • Establish sales KPIs, commission structures, and reporting frameworks

Account Management & Client Growth

  • Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
  • Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
  • Build structured account management processes and service standards
  • Improve client satisfaction and long-term commercial relationships
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to maximize client performance

Marketing Ownership

  • Define and execute B2B marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Lead brand positioning and market awareness initiatives
  • Oversee digital marketing, events, partnerships, and content strategy
  • Drive ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives and lead generation
  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI

Go-To-Market & Positioning

  • Define Games Valley’s commercial narrative and market positioning
  • Position the company as a revenue and operational partner — not only an aggregator
  • Translate product capabilities into measurable business value for clients
  • Contribute to pricing models, packaging, and commercial frameworks
  • Support expansion into regulated and emerging markets

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build and manage high-performing commercial teams
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent
  • Create a strong performance-driven culture
  • Define KPIs, incentives, and accountability structures
  • Foster collaboration between commercial, product, and operational teams

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the iGaming industry
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role (CRO, Commercial Director, Sales Director, or similar)
  • Strong network across operators, platforms, aggregators, and industry stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in driving B2B revenue growth
  • Experience managing sales, account management, and marketing functions
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and strategic partnerships
  • Experience working with aggregation platforms, game providers, sportsbook platforms, or related iGaming technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of regulated and grey-market environments
  • Experience building and scaling commercial teams internationally

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in LATAM markets, particularly Brazil
  • Existing relationships with operators and platform providers
  • Experience with SaaS, platform, or revenue-share commercial models
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Understanding of gaming operations, integrations, and platform technology

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent commercial leadership qualification is an advantage
  • Additional certifications in sales leadership, marketing, or business strategy are considered a plus
