What we need
· Sales growth and Business Development
Achieve sales targets by exploring new business opportunities and business development with existing and potential customers; by planning and implementing business strategy to expand the systems and products; by upselling existing customers; and developing new customers to maximize potential markets.
· Proposals and Presentations
Demonstrate and present of how GPI can best serve customers’ unique needs. This includes product demonstrations, onsite meetings, responding to requests for information or pricing and preparing sales proposals and presentations.
· Establish Customer Relationships
Build and maintain close customer relationship for new and existing customers by developing and managing customers in terms of relationship building, revenue attainment and high customer satisfaction; establishing a professional relationship with customers while attempting to solve customer issues effectively and reliably.
· Product Development Communications
Develop and maintain open communication with product development and marketing departments; informing them about evolving customer preferences, complaints and needs as well as the status of competitors’ efforts and trends in the overall industry and marketplace.
What you need
- 2 years B2B sales experience within the iGaming industry
- Experience supporting key accounts and a proven track record in growing an existing portfolio and in achieving and exceeding established revenue targets
- A record of developing strong working relationships with executives, peers and associates
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English; Portuguese is highly desirable (Spanish is a plus)
